Preheat oven to 428 F.

To a medium sized bowl add flour, sugar, salt and rosemary. Mix to combine.

Add olive oil and water, stir together until combined.

Transfer the dough onto a parchment paper and sprinkle with little flour. Then roll it out about 1/8th of an inch thick.

Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into squares. Brush the squares with little water.

Transfer the dough with parchment paper onto a baking pan or cookie sheet. Use a fork to prick each square a few times.

Transfer the baking pan into the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden in colour.

For the dip, to a small bowl add sour cream, minced garlic and seasonings. Mix together until combined. Keep the dip in a fridge if not using immediately.
